Welcome to Balaji Home Appliances ("we," "us," "our"). By using our Website (www.balajihomeappliance.com) or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We provide doorstep repair, installation, and maintenance for Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Gas Stoves, Hob Gas, Gas Geysers, and Kitchen Chimneys across Surat, Gujarat.
Balaji Home Appliances is an independent appliance repair service. We service multiple brands, including but not limited to Daikin, Voltas, Blue Star, LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Bosch, IFB, Elica, and Faber. Unless stated otherwise, we are not an authorised service centre for, or affiliated with, these manufacturers — brand names are used only to describe the appliances we can service.
Bookings are made via phone or WhatsApp. We aim for same-day service on bookings made before 2 PM, subject to technician availability. Scheduled times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or prior jobs.
We provide a transparent quote before starting work. Final charges depend on the diagnosed problem, parts, and labour. Payment is due to the technician on completion, via cash, UPI, or card.
We provide a 90-day warranty on repair labour, plus manufacturer warranty on genuine parts replaced. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, power fluctuation, natural causes, or unauthorised repair by another technician after our service.
Please accurately disclose your appliance's age/condition and any prior repairs. Ensure someone is available at the address during the scheduled window. Pre-existing issues unrelated to the reported problem are not covered under warranty.
You may cancel or reschedule by informing us via call/WhatsApp. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing and whether a technician has already been dispatched.
We take utmost care, but are not liable for pre-existing faults, damage from the appliance's age/condition, or issues outside our scope of work. Where applicable, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
We use genuine or brand-approved spare parts. If unavailable, we will inform you and use the best alternative only with your consent.
